It was pleasure working with Duffel Donkey on 3 recent moves - and we’re talking about moving, which is almost never pleasant. They are friendly, professional, courteous, responsive, reliable, trustworthy, punctual, communicative, efficient …. And that applies to the office team as well as the drivers and movers. I’ve interacted with at least 10 of their team members and every interaction has been positive. If you have a moving job, big or small, around Jackson, we highly recommend Duffel Donkey.

Duffle Donkey is extremely professional, efficient and on time. The job we hired them for was no easy task and they managed to complete the job in just part of a day. The team that came to help us out never was idle and checked with me periodically and before they left made sure the job was complete to our satisfaction. The team was so polite and kind and helpful. Definitely will recommend.

We just had our couch delivered by this company and I am blown away by the service and company! We purchased a big 2 piece couch. We were expecting it a month from now, however, Duffel Donkey called and so politely scheduled a time for it to be delivered. The delivery was the next morning! Absolutely over the moon with the timing and now they’ve brought the couch up 3 flights, unpacked it, put it together for us in the unit and were just the most lovely, respectful, clean people. This was fabulous and how I wish every company had standards like this. I am so beyond grateful and happy. Thank you, and now how the bar is so high for all other companies!

We moved a physical therapy clinic with heavy large awkward equipment that had to fit around corners and 3 foot doors. They took the extra time to be safe, careful and were very mindful to prevent any damage to our new facility. They were very pleasant to work with and were able to pivot with difficult pieces of equipment. I would highly recommend them.

I needed people to move very heavy furniture and rugs. The Duffel Donkey team came in and worked very hard and fast for the tasks at hand. There were able to move multiple rooms of furniture in less than a few hours. I am glad that there are around to help.

Great storage company. Very friendly, someone is always there to answer the phone and answer your questions. I'm a Shipper and I have used them and also delivered to them and it couldn't be easier. Excellent, capable, and professional service. Prompt arrival time, had everything they needed and went straight to work. Very efficient, even with a new guy learning some things. Also took great care while moving and loading/unloading everything. If you have items you are very particular about, you may want to pad/wrap them yourself, but these guys did a good job protecting the parts that needed it, and nothing was damaged.

Duffel Donkey is the greatest. Very careful with breakables, no dawdling, and fun to spend a few hours worth of hard work with. All around great service! And remember to tip! (They didn't ask me to say this. I just think they should always get tips.)

As the superintendent / project manager of a major hotel remodel in Jackson, WY, I owe much of the success of my project to Marshal and his exceptional crew at Duffle Donkey. Over the course of several months, the project required dozens of rooms-worth of furnishings shuffled all around the hotel in order to recarpet and paint. Duffle Donkey demonstrated an ability to handle complicated logistics on the fly, while executing objectives with a level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and ability to problem-solve. Amazingly, Duffle Donkey's rates are still reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
